Terror Blasts in India's Capital - Delhi

13 injured in Twin blasts in New Delhi that took place at 15 minutes gap. First explosion took place at around 5:30pm when evening prayer was going on.

According to the police said the explosives were kept in two small tin containers wrapped in plastic bags.
