Mumbai High Court lifts ban on bar dancers!

The Mumbai High Court has struck down a Maharashtra government order banning dance bars, terming as unreasonable, the fact that while three and five star hotels were allowed to hold a dance licence, other stand alone establishments were not. The court also pointed out the dichotomy of other women working in dance bars, while dancers could not.
